Order of Malta

Budapest, 23 May. Our Hospitaller and Council member, Dr.Loránd Erőss, was awarded one of the top prizes in medicine in the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, where he received the "Dr. Szabó György prize" of the Hemingway Foundation. This prize is awarded annually, by decision of the governors of the foundation, to an outstanding Hungarian in the field of medicine. Dr. Erőss received the prize as a recognition of his scientific, medical and teaching achievements. We congratulate him sincerely on behalf of the Hungarian Association of the Knights of Malta.
