2024 Annual Ball for people with disabilities
Budapest, 28 September. This year's Disabled Ball, organised every year by the MMLSZ "TEDeum" youth group with the support of the Association, was a huge success This year -  the fifth, and therefore  the "jubilee" edition - was particularly successful The turnout was higher than ever, and the atmosphere was great. The fun and dancing lasted from 6.00 p.m. to well beyond midnight.

The event was opened with a short speech by our Hospitaller, Dr. Loránd Erőss; Bishop Levente Balázs Martos, Chiefl Chaplain of MMLSZ, gave a short word of encouragement and blessing.  Then the guests were treated to two surprises: a talk with Dr. Ildiko Fonyódi, Paralympic horse racer, and a performance by Magdolna Rúzsa (Péter Máté award winner, multiple gold and platinum discs), who started her performance with Péter Máté's song. The guests enthusiastically sang along enthusiastically with the well-known, rousing number.

As usual, there was a quieter tea room and a games room with roulette at the guests' disposal. A raffle took place in the late evening.

The Handicapped Ball was made possible with the generous support of the Embassy, and donations from our fellow members. The main organisers Csilla Kállay and Réka Erőss, as well as the tireless members of the TEDeum group, contributed decisively to the success of the event.
