2023 international summer camp
This year's international camp for the disabled took place in the imposing building of the École Européenne de Bruxelles-Argenteuil, in the middle of a large green area. The motto of the camp was: "Courage! Don't be afraid, come!" (Mt. 14, 27.29)

500 young people participated, including 200 guests, from 20 countries. Smaller groups also came from Albania and Ukraine. A team of twenty people from Hungary participated, ten of them guests. Many thanks to our kind donors who made this possible!

Among the many programs, it is worth mentioning the harbor cruise in Antwerp, the chocolate workshop, the unique zoo of Pairi Daiza with its special animals. In this historic place, where Napoleon suffered his final defeat in 1815, a visit to the Waterloo Museum, located on the former battlefield, could not be missed. There were alsoflights in glider planes, a car race with vintage cars, and workshops on site: comic book drawings, hat decorations, painting, make-up, chess, bowling, a farm day in the camp with sheep, donkeys and baby rabbits.

And there was plenty of partying in the evening, with wild dancing in the disco, and the "Malta's Got Talent" competition.

There were also quiet moments: the "Silent Night" by candlelight, opening and closing Holy Masses, reflection on coexistence, acceptance, and the ideals of the Order of Malta.

Next year the trip goes to Fiesch (Switzerland/Liechtenstein). Thank you in advance for your generous support!
